To begin any manufacturer warranty work, we must have proof of purchase. We are authorized to service instruments and musical merchandise under warranty for all of the companies below.
Alphabetical List of the Above Brands
If you don’t see your instrument’s manufacturer on the list, but would like us to do a warranty repair for you, just ask. Our list is always growing and we can often obtain approval for other manufacturers.
While we can obtain permission from many brands, some manufacturers require that customers contact them directly for warranty repairs. These companies include Alvarez, Breedlove, Cordoba or Washburn. Click on your instrument’s manufacturer below for information regarding their specific process.
We may not service the above brands under their manufacturer warranty, but we can perform repairs on their merchandise as long as you are not trying to have the repair covered under warranty. Do not hesitate to reach out to us for any of your repair needs!
